Wanting to transition to brand name semaglutide or Tirzepatide?

At any point, patients can choose to transition to brand name products if available and if their insurance will pay for it. This will be allowed with a 60 day notice to the clinic in formal writing. We can continue to prescribe their medication and see them at our normal clinic costs. However, only one PA (prior authorization) will be completed after the televisit if indicated. Any additional appeals or PAs (prior authorizations) to switch medications will be at additional cost of $25.
